Due to health, safety, and legal regulations surrounding cannabis-infused products, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns for opened or unused items.
If your order arrives:
Damaged
Melted (seasonal exceptions may apply)
Incorrect (wrong item, missing product, etc.)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A photo of the item(s) in question
A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We do not accept returns on:
Edibles or perishables
Items that have been opened or tampered with
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
Refunds are only issued in rare cases where:
The product is unavailable and cannot be replaced
The order was charged but not shipped
A duplicate charge was made in error
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, age verification failure, or legal restrictions in your area:
The order will not be reshipped
A refund will not be issued unless required by law
